     Welcome to the Pulse Academy Program.  It is our hope that you will enjoy all of the program services that we have to offer to the youth and young adults at schools, clubs, community programs and businesses throughout the nation.

     The Pulse Academy A.A.U Basketball Training School consists of 7 hour educational and athletic training sessions at the headquarters in Mount Vernon, New York from Monday's to Thursday's from 9am to 4pm.  Individual and small group sessions are on Friday's 4:30pm to 8:00pm and Saturday's from 7:45am to 12:01pm with the overall mission to enhance basketball skill performance by creating a cohesive unit.  Team building that foster camaraderie and unity, and help players develop leadership and problem solving skills and resilence to overcome challenges together.
